[IPEGBA] Inventory Movement App User Account Guidelines

Add New User – Inventory Movement App – Guidelines

1. Create a new account under the @ipegba domain.

    

   Note: There should be enough licenses.

   First & Last Name required.

    

2. In Business Central, create the IM_User:

    

   

   1. Click +

   2. UserName must be the same as the First & Last Name in the Directory. This is case-sensitive.

   3. UserCode is sequential (check last used in Production)

   4. Put a checkmark on the modules that the user is allowed to access.

Remove New User – Inventory Movement App – Guidelines

1. Remove the assigned license under the @ipegba domain.

2. In Business Central, remove the checkmarks from all the modules so that user can no longer access.
