Purpose & Scope

If your product is not delivered to the address you specify, please submit a case through the portal using the Delivery Issues category. We will be happy to overnight ship a replacement product once we have confirmed that the product was not delivered correctly.

Procedure

  1. On the portal, click Support > Submit a Case.
  2. Fill in your name, contact information, product name and order number.
  3. In the Case Category drop-down, select Delivery Issues.
  4. In the Details section, add any additional information and include the tracking number for your shipment.
  5. Click Submit.

Additional Comments

You may also contact the shipping company to determine if there was any confusion or inability on the driver’s part when delivering your package. If your package is lost or stolen, we will file a report with the shipping company; there is no need for you to do this.
